As a psychotherapist, I provide a safe and supportive space where you can bring both your vulnerability and strength. Whatever brings you to therapy, either as an individual or a couple, we will explore togther at your pace and with your unique needs in mind. Our work will help you recognize limiting patterns, create new options, and shed light on forgotten inner resources. I find it very fulfilling to witness individuals and couples move through their struggles into more ease, connection and satisfaction, in session and in daily life.
